The Nanjing International Sports Sculpture Competition (referred to as “the Sculpture Competition” hereinafter)Competition had received 2,136 contesting works all together since its Launching Ceremony on 27th February 2012. Among them, 110 are overseas entries from Italy, Bulgaria, Korea, etc.; 43 works are created by 18-year-olds and 911 by those aged between 19 and 30. The Sculpture Competition has generated a strong response in the sculpture circle.
Supported by a fair and transparent appraisal system, the Jury has selected 4 winners of the 2nd Prize, 6 winners of the 3rd Prize, and 290 winners of the Candidate Award; also the Jury had reached an agreement that the 1st Prize would remain vacant.

The Rrganising Committee will issue the certificate and distribute the award money to all the winners lately. As decided before the Sculpture Competition, the award money is RMB 1,500,000 (before tax) for each 2nd Prize, RMB 80,000 (before tax) for each 3rd Prize, and RMB 3,000 (before tax) for each Candidate Award. For the winner who submitted a sample sculpture, the subsidy will be 20,000 RMB (before tax).
All winners will be reached by the Committee via e-mail for confirming the mailing address and bank account.
